Citygate, 57 Colebert Avenue, London, E1 4GS
We would rather tell you plainly what this building can and cannot do than have you arrive and find out. If anything below is unclear, or you need something not mentioned, please contact us before you book on +44 7778 949566 or at citygh@shortlettingslondon.com and we will give you a straight answer.
Getting around the building
There is a lift in the building. We have not yet confirmed which rooms it reaches without steps, so if you need step-free access please contact us before you book and we will give you a straight answer.
What we can confirm today
- Assistance dogs are welcome. The house rules say we do not accept animals; that rule does not apply to a registered assistance dog. You do not need permission, though telling us in advance helps us prepare the room.
- Parking — None at the property
- Check-in — From 14:00 to 21:30. Tell us your arrival time and we will have someone ready to meet you.
What this building cannot do
A plain answer is more use to you than a hopeful one, so unless we have told you otherwise in writing:
| Entrance | There are steps up to the front door. Tell us before you arrive and we will meet you and help with your luggage. |
| Lift | There is a lift. Ask us which rooms it serves before you book. |
| Bathrooms | No bathroom is adapted — there are no grab rails and no shower seat. |
| Doorways | Bedroom doorways are not wide enough for a wheelchair. |
| Hearing and vision | There are no visual or vibrating fire alarms, and no hearing loop at reception. |
If any of this rules us out for you, please tell us before you book rather than after. We would rather lose the booking than have you arrive at a building you cannot use.
This website
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on the booking site: it works with a keyboard alone, the text can be enlarged in your browser without breaking the layout, form fields are labelled, and colour is never the only way information is given.
If you hit a barrier on this site — or would simply rather book by phone or email — contact us on +44 7778 949566 or at citygh@shortlettingslondon.com and we will take the booking for you.
Feedback
Tell us if we have got something wrong or if there is something we should add. We would rather know.
